We currently deliver across India. Orders are generally delivered within 7–8 working days from the date of confirmation. Delivery timelines may vary slightly depending on the location, courier availability, public holidays, or unforeseen circumstances.

Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be modified or cancelled. Customers will receive tracking details once the order is dispatched.

Please ensure that the shipping address and contact details provided while placing the order are complete and accurate. Misty Muffin will not be responsible for delays or failed deliveries caused by incorrect or incomplete information.

We offer a 7-day hassle-free return policy. A return request must be raised within 7 days of receiving the order.

To be eligible for a return, the product must be unused, unworn, unwashed and undamaged. It must be returned with its original tags, packaging and accessories, if applicable.

Once an order has been dispatched, it cannot be cancelled. Refunds will be initiated only after the returned product has been received and inspected by our team. If the product meets the return conditions, the refund will be processed after deducting the applicable courier charges.

Products returned in a used, washed, damaged or altered condition will not be eligible for a refund. Refund processing timelines may vary depending on the original payment method and the customer’s bank or payment provider.

If you receive an incorrect or damaged product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery and share clear photographs or an unboxing video for verification.

Product availability is subject to stock, and an item may become unavailable even after an order has been placed. In such cases, the customer will be informed and the applicable amount will be refunded.
